These terms apply when you use this website or register for the Fast Growth Machine Live Zoom Masterclass. Fast Growth Machine is run by [legal business name], Rajhans Skylar, 1001, Udhana - Magdalla Rd, Piplod, Surat, Gujarat 395007 ("we", "us"). By registering, you agree to these terms.

The masterclass

The masterclass is a 3-hour live session on Zoom, led by Saurabh Pacheriwal (SP), on Sunday, 29 November 2026. Your Zoom link is sent by email to the address you register with. To join, you need a device and an internet connection, which are your responsibility.

Registration and payment

• The fee is ₹999 + 18% GST (₹1,178.82) per seat, at the early-bird price for the first 500 registrations. All prices are in Indian Rupees.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Your seat is confirmed once your payment succeeds.
• Each registration is for one person. Please don't share your Zoom link.
• Please give accurate details when you register. We aren't responsible for a missed session caused by an incorrect email address or phone number.

Cancellations and refunds

• You can cancel up to 7 days before the session (on or before 22 November 2026) for a full refund. Email us with your payment ID.
• Cancellations after that aren't refunded, and neither are seats left unused because you couldn't attend. You can transfer your seat to a colleague by emailing us their name and email address at least 24 hours before the session.
• If we cancel the session, you'll get a full refund. If we reschedule it, you can attend on the new date or ask for a full refund.
• If you were charged twice or your payment failed but money left your account, contact us and we'll refund the extra amount.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Recording

The session may be recorded. Registered participants get access to the recording for 7 days after the live session. Your name and anything you share on camera or in chat may appear in it. You may not record, copy, share or resell the session or its materials.

Content and results

The masterclass shares general business guidance based on SP's experience. It isn't financial, legal or tax advice, and we don't guarantee any particular result for your business. Any results mentioned on this website are examples, not promises. You're responsible for the decisions you make.

Conduct

Please be respectful during the session. We may remove anyone who disrupts it, without a refund.

Intellectual property

The content of this website and the masterclass, including text, frameworks, slides and recordings, belongs to Fast Growth Machine. You may use it for your own business, but you may not republish or sell it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the masterclass is limited to the fee you paid. We aren't liable for problems outside our control, such as internet, Zoom or payment-provider outages.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you register applies to your registration. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
