What we collect

When you register, we collect:

• Your name, business name, phone number, email address and city.
• The question you share about your business.
• Payment references from Razorpay, such as the order ID, payment ID, amount and payment status.

We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay.

How we use it

• To confirm your seat and send your Zoom link, receipt and session reminders.
• To prepare for the session, including the question you shared.
• To reply to you if you contact us, and to resolve any payment issue.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We may also tell you about future Fast Growth Machine sessions. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email or writing to us.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with services that help us run the masterclass, and only as much as they need:

• Razorpay, to process your payment.
• Zoom, to host the live session.
• Our website hosting and email providers, to store your registration and send you messages.
• Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address. The Razorpay checkout window may use its own cookies to process your payment securely.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration details for as long as we need them to run the session and follow up with you, and for as long as tax and accounting laws require us to keep payment records. After that, we delete them.

How we protect it

Your details are stored on a secured server and are only accessible to the people who run the masterclass. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss and misuse.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you.
• Correct or update it.
• Delete it, unless we must keep it by law.
• Stop sending you marketing messages.
